We have the pleasure to present you a case of Dr. Sandro Cortellini.
The case is about a young patient with multiple gingival recessions and high dentinal hypersensitivity. On the right side, considering the lack of attached gingiva, a coronally advanced flap with connective tissue graft was performed. On the left side just a coronally advanced flap.

Fig. 4 – Post-op situation. A good esthetic result has been achieved on both sides. On the right side the amount of attached gingiva is now favourable to the hygienic maintenance.
